The service
ActuallyUses indexes public creator content into structured tool-mention data with receipts, and provides accounts, creator pages and an embeddable widget. The service is provided "as is"; data is derived from third-party content and may contain extraction errors — every data point has a correction flow.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the report system, scrape at disruptive rates, or attempt to manipulate rankings (which, to be clear, cannot be bought).
Creator claims
Claiming a page requires proving control of a tracked source. Claimed creators may hide mentions on their page; hides are audited and visible as corrections. Fraudulent claims are removed.
Content & quotes
Quotes are limited to 120 characters with source attribution and link (quotation). Rights holders can request review of any quote via the report flow or hello@example.com.
Affiliate links
Outbound links may be monetized — see /disclosure. Purchases happen on third-party sites under their terms.
Embeds & API
The widget may be embedded on your own properties unmodified. Automated bulk access beyond published sitemaps/llms.txt requires written permission.
Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and for slight negligence only on breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damages. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Changes & law
We may update these terms with notice on this page. German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your residence remain unaffected.
